All meals are made in our own kitchen with pure, fresh, natural ingredients. We source our product at local farmer’s markets, apiaries, and specialty farms, ensuring local promotion and seasonal freshness. All our meats are pasture raised and provincially inspected, supporting Canadian farmers. Our kitchen prepares in small batch sizes so everything is done by hand. Whether you are making a roux or reduction, you cannot replace a Chef with a machine!
A medley of venison, elk, and bison, farmer's vegetables, and Lafontaine potatoes braised in a red wine reduction
In house marinara, bison salami, forest mushrooms, double smoked bacon, and three cheese blend
Choice of:
Chicken chipotle and artisan cheddar
Coldwater bison, foraged mushroom and caramelized leeks
Roasted beet slices with arugula, feta and balsamic drizzle
Canadian Angus beef stuffed with Thornloe blue and shallots
Portobello mushroom stuffed with quinoa, sundried tomatoes and garden herbs

For the past 30 years, Chef Becky has called Lake Country her home and has been a fixture at local farmer’s markets, festivals, music events and Community events. .
