Our culinary classes are taught by Red Seal Chef Becky Lennerton, owner of Black River Food Co. Inspiration for creating a meal starts with passion, creativity, and the ability to be inspired. It’s a little bit of freelancing and a whole lot of fun! Our aim is to introduce our participants to simple principles, techniques, and trade secrets that will enhance the enjoyment of cooking. Classes are fun, small, hands-on, and highly interactive, offering participants a valuable opportunity to work closely with Chef Becky and discover some of the finer points of one of the most pleasurable arts…Cooking!
Classes are held at the historic Sir William Mackenzie Inn in the village of Kirkfield, Ontario
Includes 3 hrs of instruction, beverage pairing (where applicable), and the food, of course!
$65 per participant (based on 8-10 guests)
Private classes are available. Please inquire.
Classes are to be paid in full at time of registration. Black River Food Co. requires a 7-day cancellation notice in order to receive a refund, less a 30% cancellation fee.
